Social Media Coordinator
This is a rare opportunity for a fashion-obsessed social media maven who wants to push their creativity to the limit!
Design trend-based, fashion-forward Instagram posts and EDMs for a world-leading textile design studio.
You will be responsible for the look of our feed, designing the most engaging posts and videos depicting a different trend each week.
You'll work with the most stunning creative assets, including our studio's print collection.

Overview
Job Breakdown:
Content 50% (includes designing posts, stories and reels, writing captions, styling and shooting flatlays)
Social Media 40% (includes scheduling, community engagement, reporting)
Admin 10%
Type:
Part Time (3 days in our Surry Hills studio)

Job Description
Accountabilities:
-
Establish strong working relationships with staff at all levels of the business.
-
Coordinate and manage social media campaigns.
-
Boost social engagement through dynamic visuals and copy.
-
Efficiently manage workload and meeting deadlines.
-
Understanding how to stay within copyright boundaries when posting LPD’s IP.
Duties Performed:
-
Design trend-based, fashion-forward posts and EDMs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, You Tube, and Pinterest occasionally including boosted or paid-for posts.

Scheduling the posts, designing the feed, creating content, and writing copy for all social media posts. This includes styling, photography, and graphic design.

Social Media strategies and reporting on data collection and documentation

Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media.

Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant.

Update quarterly Trend Report Downloadable files and prepare email EDMS.
-
Fortnightly General subscriber EDMs to be planned, designed, and sent out.

Conduct yourself professionally when representing LPD at all times

Promote the continuous improvement and development of more efficient work practices within the office and the company as a whole.
